Pallets

  • Platforms with sufficient clearance beneath its top surface to enable insertion of forks for subsequent lifting purposes.
  • Made of wood, plastic, rubber and metal.
  • Relatively popular due to its compatibility with railcar and truck trailer dimensions.
Two types of pallets are touched upon here:

(i) Four-way Forklift Insertion Aluminium Pallet

  • Long-lasting, repairable and reusable.
  • Ability to withstand extreme temperatures, contamination, corrosion and pests.

(ii) Nestable Plastic Pallets

  • Offer distinct safety, ease-of-handling, durability and sanitation advantages over wood and metal pallets.
  • Light-weighted and do not rot or rust, which prevents products from being damaged during storage or transportation.
